Surgical Expertise: ï• Utilize advanced surgical techniques and technology to perform intricate eye surgeries with precision. ï• Ensure all surgical procedures are carried out in accordance with hospital policies and industry standards. ï• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest surgical advancements and integrate them into practice. 3.
